资本和捐赠礼物通过支持教师帮助确保Fay的未来, 设施, 还有经济援助. 资本/捐赠捐赠可以不受限制，也可以由捐赠人指定用于支持特定的计划, 倡议, 或建筑/翻新项目. Gifts to the endowment are invested; their annual earnings provide a permanent source of income for Fay.
